The 2019 INFINITI QX60 is equipped with a 3.5 liter V6 generating 295 horsepower @ 6400 rpm , outperforming the MDX production of 295 horsepower @ 6200 rpm.

The 2020 QX60's interior is richly appointed with high-quality materials and a commitment to fine craftsmanship. Innovative features like Motion Activated Liftgate (not available on the MDX) and 2nd row seats that tilt even when occupied by a car seat give 3rd row passengers unprecedented easy access. QX60's superior legroom specs: Front Head Room: 40.7", First Row: 42.2", Second Row: 41.7", and Third Row: 30.8" provide more clearance than the MDX by a wide margin.
